Contact details and account information – retained for the duration of your customer relationship with us, plus 3 years after your last transaction.

Transaction and financial information – retained for 7 years in accordance with Swedish accounting regulations (bokföringslagen).

Communications and support records – retained for 3 years from the date the matter was closed.

App data and usage information – retained for up to 13 months.

Marketing consents – retained until you withdraw your consent, plus 1 year thereafter as evidence of consent.

Once the retention period has expired, your data is securely deleted or anonymised.
