Before You Buy
Our team is happy to help you confirm that our motor kit is compatible with your bike before you commit. Reach out at
support@zipforce.se with your bike's make, model, and wheel size. We strongly recommend doing this before ordering, as compatibility issues discovered after installation are not covered under our return policy. More information at zipforce.se.
1. Order Cancellation
Before shipment:
You can cancel your order at any time before it ships for a full refund, no questions asked.
After shipment:
Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled in transit. You may instead initiate a return upon delivery following the process below.
2. Returns — Unopened Products
You may return any unopened, unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus return shipping costs.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be in original, resalable condition with all included components and documentation.
3. Returns — Opened or Installed Products
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery under EU and Swedish consumer law (Distansavtalslagen), even if the product has been opened or installed, provided:
The motor kit has not been damaged through improper installation or misuse.
All original components, cables, and packaging are included.
If the product shows handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to assess it (for example, signs of installation), we reserve the right to deduct a proportional amount reflecting the reduction in value from your refund. We will always communicate any such deduction to you in writing before processing.
4. Faulty or Damaged on Arrival
If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@zipforce.se with photos and/or a short video showing the issue. We will at our discretion:
Send a replacement unit or affected parts at no cost, or
Issue a full refund including return shipping.
This does not affect your statutory rights under EU law, including your 2-year legal guarantee.
5. What We Cannot Accept Returns On
Products damaged due to improper installation, accidents, or modification.
Products returned without prior contact and approval from our support team.
Products returned more than 30 days after delivery (outside the statutory 14-day withdrawal period and our extended window).
6. Return Process
Contact us at support@zipforce.se with your order number, reason for return, and photos or video of the product.
Await approval — we will review and respond within 2 business days.
Pack the item securely, ideally in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included. If the original packaging is no longer available for a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for ensuring the product is adequately protected during transit.
Ship the item to the address we provide. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Refund issued within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

8. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
This policy complies with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and Swedish law (Distansavtalslagen). Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
