Delivery times are estimates calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or Swedish public holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after purchase, and a separate email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Use the tracking number on the carrier's website to follow your delivery in real time.
Delays
We do our best to meet the stated delivery times, but we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs and import controls, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@zipforce.se with your order number and we will help you.
Incorrect Delivery Address
You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address when placing your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be charged for re-shipping. Please contact us immediately at support@zipforce.se if you need to change your delivery address after placing an order — we cannot guarantee changes are possible if the order has already been processed.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at support@zipforce.se with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will resolve it quickly.
If your package is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
