About These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you visit, use or make a purchase on zipforce.se ("the Website"), operated by Zipforce. By using the Website or completing a purchase, you accept these Terms in full.
If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the Website. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version is always available at zipforce.se.
About Zipforce
Zipforce sells electric motor kits that convert regular bicycles into e-bikes, along with a companion app for controlling the motor. We are registered in Sweden and can be reached at support@zipforce.se.
Orders and Contract
When you place an order on the Website, you are making an offer to purchase the relevant product. The contract is binding once you have received an order confirmation from us by email.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example in the event of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or if a product is no longer in stock. If we cancel your order, we will refund the full amount paid without delay.
Prices and Payment
All prices on the Website are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK) or euros (EUR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, though the price shown at the time of ordering will always apply.
Payment is made via the methods available at checkout. Payments are processed securely via Shopify and its payment providers.
Delivery
We deliver to the countries listed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are guidelines and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk passes to you as the buyer once the package has been handed over to the carrier. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us at support@zipforce.se.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Swedish distance selling law (distansavtalslagen). Full details are set out in our Return Policy at zipforce.se.
The Return Policy forms part of these Terms and applies in full.
Warranty and Complaints
You have a three-year right to make a complaint under Swedish consumer law (konsumentköplagen). If a product is faulty or does not match your order, you may raise a complaint within a reasonable time of discovering or becoming aware of the fault.
Contact us at support@zipforce.se with a description of the issue and photos or video where possible. We will offer repair or replacement in the first instance. If this is not possible, you are entitled to a price reduction or cancellation of the purchase.
The warranty does not cover faults caused by incorrect installation, misuse, accidents or unauthorised modifications.
The App
Zipforce offers a free app for controlling the motor, available for iOS and Android. No account is required.
We reserve the right to update, modify or discontinue the app without prior notice. We do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free or available, but we aim to address any issues promptly.
You are responsible for using the app safely and lawfully, including complying with traffic laws and local regulations for e-bikes while riding.
Product Safety and Liability
Zipforce motor kits are intended to be installed and used in accordance with the included instructions. You are responsible for ensuring correct installation, either by yourself or by a qualified bicycle mechanic.
We are not liable for damage to persons or property caused by incorrect installation, modification of the product, use contrary to the instructions, or use in breach of applicable traffic laws and regulations.
Zipforce's liability is in all cases limited to the purchase price of the product, to the extent permitted by mandatory consumer protection legislation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Website and in the app, including text, images, graphics, logos and software, belongs to Zipforce or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content for commercial purposes without our written consent.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes should in the first instance be resolved through dialogue with us at support@zipforce.se.
If we are unable to reach an agreement, you may refer the matter to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) at arn.se, which offers free dispute resolution for consumers. You may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
